As all questions this is serendipity. Leaving the whole foods parking lot yesterday, I saw an elder I I know and didn't say anything (being in the car and all). Yet I have felt guilty that I should have said hello. Thanks for the questions and reflections to get rid of my guilty feeling.

For me it is changing myself. My emotions, thoughts and thinking. I find when I am angry, upset, etc. it takes me a while to mentally remove myself from the situation.
